Mollie is a 4 year old Collie cross Jack Russell. She is looking for a patient and loving, ideally single adult household, with an owner who can offer her a quiet environment with a calm, structured routine and a willingness for Mollie to progress at her own pace. She could potentially live with a couple as long as both people are equally involved in her care. Mollie loves her walks but isn’t happy in the company of other dogs so will need access to nice, quiet walking areas where she can be more relaxed. Mollie finds car travel quite stressful so local walks would be ideal for her. She does have a high chase drive so her new owners must be happy to keep her on lead and wearing her muzzle for her walks.
Could you be Mollie’s perfect match?
Mollie likes to sniff and explore and adores treats – especially dental sticks. She loves a game of tug and will also happily play with her toys on her own. Mollie needs an understanding and patient owner to give her time and reassurance to relax and learn new commands. She is a very worried girl initially and will require her new owner to live no more than an hour of the centre so that you can come and meet her several times to start building a bond and so our team can show you her ongoing training. If you are shortlisted for Mollie, please be aware a meet will be arranged at the centre within 48 hours.
